Do You Accept Insurance?

  • No, we do not accept Insurance for the services we provide.  However, you can request a health insurance claim form at the time of service and we can email you a completed form to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

What Do I do if the if I have not received my At Home Blood Test Results?

  • Please contact us at (786) 747-7904 or email us at GoodHeartsTesting@gmail.com

  • The most common cause delayed results is an incorrect email address.  We email you your results as a PDF after your test has run.  If you did not receive an email and it is not in your junk/spam folder please contact us so we can re send you your results immediately. 

What Do i do if I test Positive for a Sexually Transmitted Infection?

  • Depending on the diagnosis there are different treatment options. You will receive a call from one of our physicians if you test positive.  After a brief telemedicine consult we will determine if you can be treated with oral medications of if you would require Intramuscular or Intravenous medications to treat your condition. 

  • For Oral Medications we can call in treatment to your preferred pharmacy for a $25 Fee to cover the Telemedicine Visit

  • For IV or IM medications you can arrange a home visit with one of our nurses.  The cost is $100 for the home visit plus the cost of the medication for treatment. 

What is your Refund Policy?

  • If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason we are happy to issue you a full refund, no questions asked. 

  • If you need to cancel your appointment please email us at GoodHeartsTesting@gmail.com and notify us that you need to cancel your appointment and required a refund for your test.

  • If you need to change your appointment date please notify us and we are happy to reschedule you for another date or time.

  • You will only be charged for tests that were actually performed and there are no cancellation fees.

  • If you do not receive your results within 6 hours from the time your sample was taken, we will issue you a full refund upon request.
